HaPpY BLUE MoNdAy Sweet Sister's

Hello Sally and Everyone,,enjoy a Blessed Day !!!

Stop by Smiling Sally 's place to and share in the FUN !!!

Here I needed to show a pic of what's most important to my heart this and any of the Season's... Our LORD and Savior~~~
Then I'd been thinking ,, gee, what could I do for my BLUE's today?????
Sister's came to mind of which,, you all are to me..
God blessed me with two big brothers but no Sister...
Anyhoo's,, here I go with a few fun pics I found of Sisters...
Just another reason why He directed me to blogging I believe :0)

These are The Boswell Sisters who were a singing trio years back.. Just learned that tid bit in my search..

And here are 4 Sisters that I sooooo loved as a little girl (( my hope was that the background looked a type of BLUE :0))...
Do any of you remember them and the King Family???? I just sooooooooo loved these Lennon's WOW could they sing.. What was the name of that Orchestra Leader whose show they were on on Sunday's... HELP His name is gone from my memory right now..
( I am 53 after all :0)

Here are the 2 Lovely Ladies from White Christmas as the sang there song "Sister's"

And here is Bing and Danny impersonating the 2 Sister's in the same movie.. Super~Hubb's really laughs at this part...

Above is The Singing Nuns there named, of a Washington Church

Today we filled our home after church with Bing's singing of Christmas songs and Dean Martin and a few others... Perry Como... I just LOVE "O Holy Night",,think I could listen to it endlessly.. Today at church we had one of our soloist sing it and WOW,, she sounded as blessed as Celine Deon... Jill is just so BLESSED ,, I had tears in my eyes.. Wish we had an audio of Jill and singing the song for my next Spiritual Sunday... Awwwwwwww well, it's in my heart for keeps til then..

I will end at that , I've been coloring on cards for stores, while doing laundry and cooking some of our pumpkins.. Wow, Sisters, that's a LOT of work , making your own pumpkin.. I GREATLY admire any of you who do that each Autumn..This was my first time.. Tonight Super~Hubb's and I will relax with a movie, a Christmas one at that..

So until next time~~~
Happiness and Blessings this new week to all of YOU Gorgeous,,
Beautiful Blogging Sisters in Christ!!!!
Hugs across the miles and web

  6. Really enjoyed your blue sister post for today. I have heard most all of those sisters in the past. They were better than some of this loud stuff today.

  15. Hi Dena,
I know what you mean about songs bringing tears to your eyes. There are several Christmas hymns and Amazing Grace that bring tears to my eyes every time I hear them.
Sounds like you and your family are certainly enjoying the Spirit of the Season. :o)
    Fondly,
    Ann
