And away we go,,,starting with those lil BLUE ,ah, are they people, critters or what??? Oh that's right, they are The Smurfs !!! They were the stars in a silly cartoon from way back when my 30 and 28 year old now, were probably still in Diapers or Pre-school ;0)
Jenny 28 and Pete 30 my oldest and my pride and joys like the others in the next photo after this one...
Hey Son, thanks for the smile!!! ( Hey everyone, he really is).
ABOVE
My Niece Cindy when they were her visiting, Big Bro. Wes,Billy with the silly expression,,I tell you, we have NO photo of him without a goofy face being made ;0)
Tommy and Jacob..I told the boys, "You pose with your Uncle for my Blue Monday or NO supper!".. Now is that child abuse or just a good idea??? ;0)
BTW Sweet Sally, Billy's shirt was BLUE OK???
Here is "Lill the Calla Lily" another from my Flower series that God blessed my hand in creating,,,He sure did because if it was just me ladies,,well, I wouldn't get any new designs finished ever :0) So Thank You Lord as always.
HE is my inspiration,,along with many of YOU!!!
And I so much want to THANK all of you for your comments they are precious to me,
and ask you to please return when you are able,,,I would be truly honored if you would...This isn't only for sharing photos or my designs for greeting cards, this is my hope to make some special friendships along our blogging way...
So YES, I THANK God for each and everyone one of you, for being inspiring and
for BLESSING me with "YOU"...We have an AWESOME GOD !!!
"Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see."

Dena, When you find out how to get those looking let me know...I think it's a matter of time. My sister has blogged much longer and has several that comment. She always visits all the bloggers...So hang in there and I will too. When you get the time, come by for a visit. Debbie
ReplyDeleteDena, thanks for visiting our blog (a corgi in Southern California) and then my blog (Fear of the Lord) and your kind comments (I need to update that one more than I do)
ReplyDeleteloved the smurfs when my kids were little; nowadays kids don't know what you mean when you say "smurf". your daughter and son are beautiful and handsome!! and beautiful extended family too!!
while I don't blog just for comments, though they are very nice indeed, I also blog for the friendships I've made through it; I joke with my hubby that if we drove across country, we would have friends in almost every state to visit and stay with. It is fun to read about other people's homes, customs, families etc. I find not posting more than 1-2 times a week and commenting on a lot of other people's blogs that I enjoy reading, I tend to pick up a lot of comments provided the subject matter I write about is interesting. What I also found was if you ask a question of someone, everyone likes sharing and that draws more comments. But again, I enjoy the comments but also enjoy reading blogs and commenting myself.
anyway, looking forward to getting to know you more and admiring the talent God gave you through your art (beautiful cala lilly :)
betty
